We offer free shipping across Saudi Arabia. Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after order confirmation.
نوفر شحناً مجانياً داخل المملكة العربية السعودية. يستغرق التوصيل عادةً من 2–3 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الطلب.

Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take 3–5 business days.

6. Exchanges

الاستبدال

VELUNESS does not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are available only for eligible product issues within 3 days of delivery.
لا توفر ويليونيس خدمة إرجاع المنتجات أو استرداد المبلغ. يتوفر الاستبدال فقط للمشكلات المؤهلة في المنتج خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب.
