Terms of Service |

Welcome to Veluness (ويليونيس). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Terms |

Veluness reserves the right to update website content, product information, and these terms when necessary, subject to applicable law.

2. Product Information |

We aim to display accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and specifications. However, minor variations in colour, packaging, or presentation may occur. Product images and descriptions should not be interpreted as a guarantee of results beyond the stated product information.

3. Orders and Confirmation |

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We may contact customers to verify their contact details, delivery address, or order information. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will take appropriate steps to inform the customer.

4. Pricing and Payment |

Prices and applicable charges are displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available where offered. Customers are responsible for paying the confirmed order total when the order is delivered.

5. Shipping and Delivery |

We offer free shipping across the UAE. Our estimated delivery time is 1–2 days after order confirmation. This is an estimate and may be affected by operational circumstances or other factors outside our control.

6. Exchanges |

Our store offers exchange requests for eligible damaged, defective, non-working, or incorrectly delivered products. Returns for change of mind are not offered under our standard policy. All requests are subject to review, and nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable UAE law.

7. Customer Responsibilities |

Customers must provide accurate contact details, a complete delivery address, and truthful order information. Please ensure that you are available to receive and pay for confirmed Cash on Delivery orders.

8. Website Use |

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability |

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.

10. Contact |

For questions about these terms, please contact us through the Contact Us page on our website.
