We do not offer refunds or returns. We only offer exchanges for eligible product issues.

3-Day Exchange Period

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

يجب تقديم طلب الاستبدال خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

When Can You Request an Exchange?

Your product may be eligible for an exchange if:

• The product is damaged or broken upon delivery.
• The product is defective or not functioning properly.
• You received a different product than the one you ordered.
• The product has a clear manufacturing or quality issue.

يمكن قبول طلب الاستبدال في الحالات التالية:

• وصول المنتج تالفاً أو مكسوراً.
• وجود عيب في المنتج أو عدم عمله بشكل صحيح.
• استلام منتج مختلف عن المنتج الذي تم طلبه.
• وجود مشكلة واضحة في التصنيع أو الجودة.

Exchange Not Available For

• Change of mind.
• Wrong choice made by the customer.
• Normal wear or misuse of the product.
• Damage caused after receiving the product.
• Requests submitted after 3 days.

لا يمكن قبول الاستبدال في الحالات التالية:

• تغيير الرأي بعد الشراء.
• اختيار خاطئ من قبل العميل.
• الاستخدام غير الصحيح أو التلف الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام.
• الأضرار التي تحدث بعد استلام المنتج.
• الطلبات المقدمة بعد مرور 3 أيام.
