1. Exchange Only — No Returns | الاستبدال فقط — لا يوجد إرجاع

We do not offer returns for a change of mind or simply because a customer no longer wants the product. Exchanges may be requested only for eligible issues, such as:

• The product is defective or does not work as intended.

• The item received is different from the item ordered.

3. Include clear photos or other evidence of the problem if requested or available.

4. Our team will review your request and contact you to explain the next steps.

5. If approved, our team will coordinate the exchange process with you.

10. في حال الموافقة، سينسق فريقنا معكم إجراءات الاستبدال.

• Exchange requests are subject to verification and approval.

• Please provide accurate order details and truthful information.

• Do not send a product back before receiving instructions from our team.

• The replacement will be for the same product originally ordered, subject to availability and applicable consumer protection requirements.

• Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UAE law.

• تخضع طلبات الاستبدال للمراجعة والتحقق والموافقة.

• يرجى تقديم تفاصيل الطلب الصحيحة والمعلومات الدقيقة.

• يرجى عدم إرسال المنتج قبل تلقي التعليمات من فريقنا.

• يكون الاستبدال للمنتج نفسه الذي تم طلبه أصلاً، وفقاً للتوفر ومتطلبات حماية المستهلك المعمول بها.

• لا تنتقص هذه السياسة من أي حقوق لا يجوز استبعادها قانوناً بموجب قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
